A clinical research organization is seeking a full-time Sample Storage Assistant in Belgium. The position involves handling clinical samples and basic administrative duties. Our laboratory activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking full‑time, office‑based Sample Storage Assistant to join our team in our laboratory in Belgium. This individual will be responsible for basic administrative duties as well as the handling and delivery of clinical samples and other materials. This position will work with a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Handle samples
• Perform data entry
• Unpack shipments
• Prepare sample shipments to be sent to third‑party lab
• Perform data corrections
• Handle dry ice and other materials

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday.

Working hours

7:30-8:30 am - 4:00 - 5pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluency in Dutch or an intermediate level in English are necessary
• Team‑worker and detail‑oriented with good time management skills
• Experience related to logistics is preferred
