Job summary

CHANEL KNOKKE boutique is seeking a Sales & Stock Support for a fixed-term 10-month contract to assist the boutique team with administrative and back-of-house duties while maintaining CHANEL standards of service, product knowledge and presentation.

You will support inventory, shipping, packing, and contribute to a smooth guest experience. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and candidates should be living near Knokke with full-time availability from March to December.

• Successful experience in retail operation and/or stock experience in luxury environment/Fashion.
• Knowledge of shipping and back-office experience will be considered a strong asset.
• Passion for client experience, details, fashion and luxury.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues and clients.

SALES & STOCK SUPPORT – BOUTIQUE KNOKKE fixed-term contract 10 months

In the position of Sales & Stock Support you will support the KNOKKE Boutique team by supporting administrative and back-of-house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.

What impact you can create at CHANEL:

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE

• Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from clients, Boutique Management, colleagues and Head Office.
• Support on the shop floor as needed, apply CHANEL standards of customer service including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, escorting clients to the door as appropriate.
• Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed.
• Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner.
• Work effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each area and staff room.

BACK-OF-HOUSE

• Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation, etc.)
• Execute after-sales tasks (send sales, repairs, etc.)
• Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times.
• Partner with Fashion Advisors to ensure back of House organization.
• Take ownership of stockroom organization and maintenance.

BOUTIQUE SUPPLIES

• Ensure that back-office areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed.

Position Requirements:
