Sales Specialist Network
We are seeking a Sales Specialist Network to expand our networking business by winning new customers and developing relationships with a focused set of growing technology vendors. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in driving our business forward by finding, convincing, and securing new customers. This role requires the ability to work independently and proactively, excellent relationship‑building and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new business opportunities with a focus on growing networking vendors (e.g., Arista, Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet).
- Execute a strategic plan to penetrate new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and vendor account managers, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Lead generation activities, including prospecting and qualifying new opportunities, to continuously grow the sales pipeline.
- Responsible for account planning in collaboration with the sales team, driving the strategy to increase customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Track and report all sales activities and opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company’s networking division.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new networking technologies, and competitive products.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
Knowledge and Attributes
- Proven experience in achieving sales, with a focus on networking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies and products from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, Fortinet.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer and vendor relationships.
- Client‑centric approach with ability to understand customer problems and find best‑fit solutions.
- Flexible to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for sales reporting and lead management is essential.
- Bilingual: NL / FR + EN (required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and account planning skills.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology/systems, sales, or a related field.
- SPIN and / or Solution Selling certification(s) preferred.
- Relevant technology and vendor certification(s) preferred.
