Job summary

Certis Belchim in Belgium is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to provide all-round administrative and organisational support to the Belgian Sales & Marketing Team. You will ensure processes, budgets, databases and practical activities are well organised and up to date, handling tasks from invoice checks to event organization.

Responsibilities

• Creating purchase order numbers and supporting the administrative processing of orders.
• Reviewing and approving incoming invoices by checking them against the corresponding purchase orders.
• Maintaining a clear overview of purchase orders, committed expenditure, outstanding amounts, and available budgets.
• Carefully review product labels and support their accurate preparation and layout.
• Monitoring general e-mail inboxes and answering or forwarding incoming questions to the appropriate colleague.
• Keeping CRM data accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing administrative and practical support for commercial activities, including sales reports and price lists.
• Order promotional items, gadgets, and other marketing materials.
• Providing logistical and organizational support for trade fairs, meetings and events.
• Support organizing Trial Field Days by coordinating invitations and registrations and maintaining an accurate overview of participant numbers.
• Following up memberships and subscriptions and keeping contact details current.
• Providing flexible, all-round administrative support wherever needed within the wider team.
