Air Liquide North Central Europe is seeking a motivated intern for the Sales Excellence team based in Brussels. You will assist in structuring sales processes, deploying incentive schemes, and monitoring performance across the area, including AI initiatives and tool rollouts.

The role requires analytical rigor, strong interpersonal skills across Europe, and basic Salesforce/Power BI knowledge, with professional English and German being a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business school
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor and proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal skills (interactions with different teams and cultures in Europe)
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
• Professional English ; Speaking german is a plus
