Air Liquide North Central Europe is seeking a Sales Excellence intern for a minimum of 6 months, based in Brussels. You will support structuring processes, incentive schemes, KPI monitoring, and tool deployments across Europe, including AI initiatives for sales and knowledge management.

You will work with cross-functional teams, bringing analytical rigor and strong interpersonal skills to a diverse environment; English required, German a plus, and a background in engineering or business school

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business school background.
• Excellent analytical skills, rigor and proactivity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (interactions with different teams and cultures in Europe).
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI is a plus.
• Professional English; Speaking German is a plus.
