Air Liquide Brussels-based internship within the Sales Excellence team offers exposure to strategic sales initiatives across the North Central Europe area. You will structure processes, support incentive schemes, monitor results, participate in tool deployments, and contribute to AI-driven sales improvements.

Ideal candidates are engineering or business students with strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive mindset, plus familiarity with Salesforce and Power

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business school background.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across teams and cultures.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI is a plus.
• Professional English; German skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Structure common sales excellence processes and deploy them.
• Launch the incentive scheme across the area (target process, tools, analysis).
• Monitor sales results and provide insights.
• Assist in major tool deployments.
• Launch AI initiatives for sales.
• Build and sustain knowledge management tools.
