Septeo Belgium seeks a commercially driven Sales Director HR Solutions to accelerate growth of Septeo's HR software activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will lead and develop a BeLux sales team, driving new business and account growth while building strong relationships with HR leaders and senior stakeholders.

You will play a key role in aligning BeLux with international strategy, collaborating with implementation consultants, customer success, and product teams.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proven track record in commercial leadership or sales management.
• Strong SaaS/HR tech experience.
• Ability to lead teams and develop strategic plans.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Define a concrete action plan to execute the BeLux commercial growth strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop the local sales team with accountability and performance culture.
• Build relationships with HR Directors and senior decision-makers in mid-market segments.
• Manage new business development and account growth across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with implementation, customer success, support and product teams for long-term partnerships.
• Report to the Commercial Director Septeo HR in France and engage with international stakeholders; regular travel to France.
