Job summary

Euroclear is seeking a Specialist SailPoint Engineer to join the CISO Identity and Access Management team in Belgium. You will maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions, implement changes, and collaborate with IT operations, security, and compliance to protect critical assets.

The role requires 3–5 years of IAM experience, strong knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP, Windows and Linux, and experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Splunk, and CyberArk. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and integration with critical applications.
• Active Directory & LDAP knowledge (3–5 years).
• Troubleshoot connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Windows and Linux server administration knowledge is highly recommended.
• PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• 3–5 years IAM engineering experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with SIEM and PAM.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, MS Office, Splunk.
• Experience with CyberArk is a plus.

• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security and technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT operations, network security and compliance to ensure alignment of security initiatives.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer about the implemented changes to 2nd Line support and operations as needed
• Provide expert advice and knowledge transfer to other team members

You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the Identity and Access Management team.IDAM is in charge of implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the Euroclear IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons – provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements Euroclear is subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist SailPoint Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining SailPoint IIQ solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's identity and access management infrastructure. The Specialist IIQ Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies, and implement solutions that protect our critical assets and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

• Acting as 3rd line support for our Sailpoint IIQ infrastructure and its products.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities, recommend remediation strategies, and implement necessary controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security and technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network security, and compliance, to ensure alignment of security initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer about the implemented changes to 2nd Line support and operations as needed
• Provide expert advice and knowledge transfer to other team members

Requirements

• Experience in SailPoint IIQ toolset. Especially in integrating SailPoint IIQ with other critical applications within the organization.
• Active Directory & LDAP knowledge (3-5 years) is a must.
• Troubleshoot Custom System/Application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Knowledge Windows & Linux server operating systems is highly recommended.
• Scripting Knowledge eg: PowerShellis a plus
• At least 3-5 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering experience required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with integrating SailPoint solution with other security tools and technologies, including SIEM and PAM solutions is a plus.
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile Methodologies.
• Experience working on multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using tools as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, and MS Office suite and Splunk.
• Experience with CyberArk is a plus.
