Sonetas is seeking a Functional Analyst in Mechelen to collaborate with the product owner and customers. You will translate needs into actionable features for our SAAS platform and validate them with the development team.

You will also assist in integrations, build APIs, and guide the support team in resolving customer questions. You are a team player with strong communication, capable of switching between abstract and concrete concepts, and experienced in designing SAAS software solutions,

Qualifications

• Identify real needs with customers and translate into functional features.
• Validate and test new functionalities with the development team.
• Guide/support customers on professional processes and applications.
• Define and formalize functional solutions for SAAS software.
• Propose evolutions and functional extensions to clients.
• Monitor updates to technical, economic, and regulatory information.
• Analyze the architecture of the company information systems.
• Prepare data carriers for information flow and training.
• Prepare and transmit specifications to the client.
• Identify client needs and analyze professional processes.
• Evaluate opportunity and feasibility of changes.
