WARREN is building the Wealth Enablement category in Belgium, and we’re looking for a (Junior) Customer Success Manager with SaaS experience to help onboard customers, ensure value realization and scale our CS foundations.

You’ll own the customer journey, run onboarding sessions, collaborate with Sales for renewals and expansions, and contribute to automated, AI-first processes while communicating in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• First experience in SaaS and Customer Success.
• Smart, adaptable, communicative and hands-on.
• Builder who enjoys structure and operational work.
• Curious about finance, insurance and pensions.
• Automation- and AI-first mindset, constantly improving processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer journey from onboarding to value realization & support.
• Run kick-offs, onboarding sessions and regular customer calls.
• Support in building scalable processes, journeys and repeatable CS assets.
• Monitor adoption, highlight risks/opportunities and act proactively.
• Collaborate with different teams to drive customer advocacy and delight.
• Support renewals and expansion together with Sales.
