You will drive commercial growth, align marketing with scientific insight, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and field teams to deliver high-quality customer support and practical solutions for producers.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded scientist with leadership skills.

• Experience in animal feed additives or ruminants market is preferred.

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Ruminants portfolio.
• Technical Service Team Management: Lead the Ruminants TSMS and set priorities.
• Account Planning: Partner with sales to drive strategic growth plans.
• Commercial Excellence: Provide training and tools for sales/distribution partners.
• Product launches: Lead technical aspects of launches and market entry.
• Branding and Promotion: Advance brand visibility with marketing comms.
