Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Technical Manager, Swine in Belgium to strengthen our technical expertise and support the growth of our swine business across the region. You will partner with veterinarians, farmers and industry stakeholders, delivering high-quality technical support and translating scientific insights into practical solutions.

This field-based role reports to the Business Unit Head of Livestock and requires regular travel within Flanders and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a veterinarian practitioner in swine.
• Strong knowledge of swine health, production systems and infectious disease management.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, farmers, opinion leaders and industry experts in swine.
• Provide scientific and technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Deliver technical trainings, presentations, workshops and field visits.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to development and review of technical and promotional materials.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging insights relevant to swine health.
• Represent Boehringer Ingelheim at congresses and professional events.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support investigation and reporting of adverse events and product-related inquiries.
