Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA seeks a Ruminants Marketing and Technical Service Manager to own the ruminants portfolio from strategy to field execution. You will lead the technical service team and collaborate with sales to drive growth while ensuring scientific rigor and market relevance across Belgium and Europe.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Ruminants portfolio to drive growth.
• Lead and develop the Ruminants technical service team (TSMs) and align field support.
• Partner with sales to create strategic account and growth plans.
• Provide customer-centric training and tools for sales and distribution partners.
• Present industry data and research to position Kemin as a thought leader.
