UCB is seeking a Business Analyst for its Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls programme in Brussels, Belgium. You will translate business needs into structured requirements and help design scalable data flows within an agile, collaborative team.
The role focuses on automated reporting, data processing, and creating clear documentation while partnering with process owners, data specialists, and technology teams across an international programme.
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is curious, collaborative, and solutions-oriented to join us in our Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls team, based in our UCB office in Brussels, Belgium.
You will contribute to a global digital transformation programme focused on Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls data. You will translate business needs into clear and structured requirements, helping create modern, centralised, and compliant data processes. Working in an agile environment, you will support the design of automated, scalable data flows and enable more efficient ways of working across the organisation.
You will be working in a team that brings together process owners, data specialists, subject matter experts, and technology teams. You will collaborate across several functions to understand business needs, define improvements, and support the creation of digital capabilities. You will be part of an international programme that connects colleagues from development, operations, technology, and data roles.
For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills:
