Movu Robotics in Belgium is seeking an ambitious R&D Network & Security Team Lead to embed cybersecurity across robotics and software systems. You will lead a small security team, define strategy, and align with NIS2, CRA, and IEC 62443 standards.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, threat modelling, secure development practices, incident response planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with R&D, product management and compliance. Fluent English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience leading a team or projects, preferably in an industrial, cybersecurity or embedded systems context
• Strong knowledge of the NIS2 directive, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), and IEC 62443 standards
• Solid understanding of network security, secure software development, and ICS security
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical team members
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, decisive, and team-oriented leadership style
• Fluency in English and Dutch

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a small team responsible for network and cybersecurity across robotics platforms and IT infrastructure
• Define and oversee cybersecurity measures, translating NIS2 and CRA into actionable practices
• Own the security risk assessment and threat modelling process
• Set and enforce secure software and hardware development practices across R&D
• Drive product certifications and assessments related to IEC 62443 and ISO27001
• Lead incident response planning, security testing, and coordinate response efforts
• Represent the security function in cross-departmental discussions
• Monitor cybersecurity trends and translate regulatory changes into priorities and roadmap
