Movu Robotics in Belgium seeks a Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering to oversee a 5–10 person team delivering standardized electrical infrastructure solutions. You will plan work, guide engineers, verify designs, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across international projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, project planning, and driving improvements in system integration and documentation within an innovative intralogistics environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with an electrical specialization.
• At least 8 years' experience in Electrical infrastructure Engineering, including electrical cabinet calculations and commissioning follow-up.
• At least 3 years managing a team of engineers.
• Experience with CAD programs like Eplan.
• Experience with cable calculations using Caneco.
• Strong leadership, communication and proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and work in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead a CHW team of 5–10 engineers, applying standardized solutions and guiding design work.
• Plan, monitor weekly progress and manage team resources.
• Ensure design and documentation meet predefined guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee system integration.
• Budget responsibility and project planning/verification.
