Movu Robotics is seeking a Team Lead Controls Hardware Engineering in Belgium to lead a CHW team of 5–10 engineers. You will apply standardized solutions to meet project specs, plan tasks, and guide engineers in designs while coordinating with cross-functional teams for system integration.

You will verify designs, approve technical documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and travel up to 30% to offices and projects abroad.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience in Electrical infrastructure Engineering including cabinet calculations and commissioning follow-up.
• 3+ years managing a team of Engineers.
• Experience with CAD programs like Eplan and Caneco.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead the CHW team of approximately 5-10 engineers.
• Apply standardized solutions to meet project specs and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Plan and monitor team progress weekly; mentor and develop team members.
• Perform design verification and validate technical documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integration and approvals.
• Manage budget and resource planning.
• Ensure on-site IO testing and safety validations.
