EY Belgium is seeking a Manager Risk & Credits Transformation to lead end-to-end credit risk projects for banking clients. You design credit lifecycles, interpret and implement regulatory changes, and drive data-driven risk solutions while coaching junior colleagues and shaping client relationships.

You will collaborate across risk, business and data teams, manage workstreams, and contribute to business development in a dynamic EY environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics) required.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting or financial sector experience, ideally in credit risk or risk transformation.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk frameworks, IFRS 9, Basel/CRR-CRD, BCBS 239, and regulatory remediation programs.
• Excellent business English; solid French and/or Dutch.
• Certifications such as Agile/Scrum, PMP/Prince2, FRM, PRM or CFA are a differentiator.
• Knowledge of lending banking products (consumer loans, mortgages, corporate/SME lending) is a major asset.

Responsabilités

• Design and optimize end-to-end credit lifecycles across banking segments (Retail, SME, Corporate, Real Estate).
• Interpret and implement regulatory changes (Basel IV/CRR/CRD, IFRS 9, ECB/BBG expectations).
• Redesign credit risk processes, policies and controls with automation and data focus.
• Bridge business, risk and data: define requirements for rating, provisioning and risk reporting.
• Lead workstreams, manage client relationships, coach junior colleagues and contribute to BD.
