EY Belgium seeks an experienced Manager in Risk & Credits Transformation to drive end-to-end credit lifecycle initiatives, align risk and data strategies, and collaborate with financial institutions to deliver measurable improvements in risk management and capital efficiency.

You will manage client engagements, coach teammates, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership while navigating Basel IV, IFRS 9, and related regulatory agendas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting and/or financial sector experience in credit risk or lending transformation.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk frameworks, regulatory changes (Basel IV/CRR3-CRD6, IFRS 9).
• Excellent English; French and/or Dutch skills are advantageous.
• Certifications such as Agile, Scrum, PMP/Prince2, FRM, PRM or CFA are differentiators for more experienced candidates.

Responsabilités

• Designing and leading end-to-end credit lifecycle transformations across banking segments (Retail, SME, Corporate) including origination, underwriting, monitoring, and provisioning.
• Interpreting and implementing regulatory and prudential changes and translating them into practical business solutions.
• Leading workstreams, mentoring junior colleagues, and contributing to business development, proposals and thought leadership.
