Skillbase Group Ltd is seeking an experienced RF Optimization Engineer to maintain and enhance network performance across multiple technologies, with a strong focus on RF optimisation and 5G Standalone (SA).

You will monitor performance, investigate issues, manage capacity and implement improvements to deliver better coverage, quality and customer experience. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in RF optimisation and network performance management is required.
• Strong understanding of mobile network technologies and RF principles.

Responsabilités

• Continuously monitor and analyse network performance to identify issues, negative trends and areas for improvement.
• Investigate network-related customer complaints and feedback to identify underlying RF and performance issues.
• Manage network capacity and dimensioning, resolving issues or escalating where required.
• Optimise the existing network to improve coverage, capacity, quality and overall customer experience.
• Test and implement new parameters and features to improve network performance.
• Conduct and analyse benchmark and drive-test results.
• Develop and maintain network quality improvement plans.
• Monitor and optimise 5G SA performance as traffic and adoption continue to grow.
• Develop RF optimisation methodologies and support cross-functional technical projects.
• Act as a second-line point of contact for specific network-related customer complaints.
• Ensure network changes are accurately recorded and documented across relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement network improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with technical and operational teams.
• Keep up to date with developments in mobile network technologies and RF optimisation.

We are looking for an experienced RF Optimization Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing network performance across multiple technologies.

This is an opportunity to work in a technically challenging environment, with a strong focus on RF optimisation, network performance, capacity management and the continued development of 5G Standalone (SA).

Key responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor and analyse network performance to identify issues, negative trends and areas for improvement.
• Investigate network-related customer complaints and feedback to identify underlying RF and performance issues.
• Manage network capacity and dimensioning, resolving issues or escalating where required.

What we're looking for:

• Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in RF optimisation, network performance management or telecommunications networks.
• Strong understanding of mobile network technologies and RF optimisation principles.
• Experience with 5G SA optimisation is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
