Victrix Legion is seeking an experienced technical leader to manage teams responsible for deploying and maintaining mobile infrastructure, deployable power systems, and high-availability communications equipment on site. The role demands strong architecture skills, hands-on systems integration, and the ability to guide MBSE practices across projects.

You will drive quality assurance, risk management, and the adoption of ITIL Foundation and Prince2/PMP frameworks in a fast-paced defense-oriented

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline or 8+ years post-degree experience.
• Proven experience managing technical teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of mobile infrastructure and deployable CIS technologies.
• Experience with design, systems integration and power distribution equipment.
• Understanding of wireless technologies including SATCOM.
• Proficiency in architecture modelling languages (UML/SysML/ArchiMate) and MBSE.
• Experience applying QA practices and familiar with ITIL and PRINCE2/PMP.

Minimum Profile Required

• A Master's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience. Or a Bachelor's degree with 8 years post related experience.
• Proven experience of managing teams of technical personnel;
• Knowledge of current and future Mobile Infrastructure (Deployable, Dispersible, Highly mobile CIS) technologies and trends;
• Experience with design and systems integration (e.g. AC Power distribution equipment, emergency AC Power generation and associated fuel storage, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS));
• Good understanding of current and future Wireless technologies and trends (to include SATCOM);
• Experience with Architecture modelling language(s) (UML, SysML, ArchiMate, etc.), preferably in the context of an Architecture Framework (NAFv4, TOGAF, DODAF, Zachman, etc.) and Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE);
• Experience in applying quality assurance practices;
• Sound experience in development, implementation, fielding, testing and maintenance of modern communications equipment;
• ITIL Foundation;
• PRINCE2 Foundation or equivalent Project Management Framework (e.g. PMP) certification;
