Pierre Fabre Laboratories is seeking a Marketing Activation Specialist to maximize retail activation across pharmacy, parapharmacy, and e-retail where applicable. You will define activation plans, execute in-store excellence programs, manage POSM and visibility, and measure ROI to drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Marketing and Sales, lead cross-functional projects with a strong execution discipline, and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Retail Activation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• ROI mindset with ability to measure impact.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; basic analytics and BI literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Define activation strategy and annual activation calendar aligned with commercial objectives.
• Roll out In-store Excellence/Perfect Store/RISE standards and coaching with Sales.
• Define POSM strategy and manage suppliers and timing.
• Define activation KPIs and measure ROI with BI/NRM.
• Coordinate across Marketing and Sales; align e-retail where applicable.
