McDonald's Restaurants Belgium NV in Diegem, Brussels Area is seeking a Deployment Consultant to oversee and implement projects across restaurants, improving customer and employee experience while maximizing sales and profit. The role requires regular visits to outlets to ensure successful deployment.

To thrive, you should have restaurant business experience, fluent French, good Dutch and English, plus experience in people management and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Assistant Manager level.
• Restaurant business experience.
• Fluency in French and a good level of Dutch and English.
• Experience with people management and prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, initiative taker with a sense of humor.
• Microsoft 365 pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Driving license is required.

Responsabilités

• Building strong working relationships with franchisees and restaurants based on trust and mutual accountability.
• Preparing restaurants for the implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Set-up implementation plans and training materials.
• Working together with internal and external stakeholders.
• Using key business metrics to analyze the impact on business results for deployed solutions.
• Ensuring franchisee execution and compliance with Company Gold Standards and develop action plans, milestones and task schedules.
• Providing coaching and on-site support to execute various programs deemed necessary.
• Identifying threats and opportunities for new projects implementation quality leveraging project KPIs and gathering feedback from customers and project stakeholders.
