BAVET in Belgium is seeking a Restaurant Manager who can lead a team with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be the real Baveteer, overseeing kitchen and dining room, and ensuring a memorable guest experience from start to finish.

You will manage orders, deliveries and stock, supervise Shiftleaders, Crew Members, Students, Extras & Flexis, and uphold safety and hygiene standards while driving continuous improvement and a strong customer focus across the team.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in hospitality management and leading a team.
• Fluent Dutch; English or French a plus.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work on a self-employed basis.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate Shiftleaders, Crew Members, Students, Extras & Flexis.
• Ensure smooth operations, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Manage orders, deliveries, and stock; oversee admin and inventory.
• Mentor, coach and motivate the team to deliver top customer experience.
• Monitor KPIs, payroll, and reporting; drive continuous improvement.
