Supply Chain & Office Manager
Location: Anderlecht, Brussels, Belgium
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: €49,000–€56,000 gross per year

We are recruiting a Supply Chain & Office Manager for a confidential SME client based in Anderlecht.
This is a broad and central position combining supply chain coordination, ERP management, finance administration, office management and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with management and collaborate across supply chain, sales, marketing and operations.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and working in a small business environment where everyone contributes beyond a strictly defined job description.
Key responsibilities
Supply chain and operations
- Coordinate production orders, suppliers, stock and logistics administration.
- Follow up on deliveries, shipments, maintenance and quality activities.
- Support production planning and maintain company dashboards.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations and delivery documentation.
ERP and process management
- Manage and optimise the company’s ERP system.
- Act as the main contact for internal ERP users.
- Configure reports, workflows and user permissions.
- Analyse and improve existing administrative and operational processes.
Finance administration
- Process purchase and sales invoices.
- Prepare payments and follow up on outstanding customer accounts.
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors.
- Support budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, cost analysis and financial reporting.
Office and business support
- Act as a key contact for customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to management, sales and operations.
- Coordinate agendas, meetings, business travel, visitors and office suppliers.
- Support the management of the social secretariat and internal inventory.
- Assist with trade fairs, events and marketing logistics.
Candidate profile
- At least five years of relevant experience in supply chain, office management, administration, back office or a similarly broad operational role.
- Proven hands-on experience with an ERP system; knowledge of EXACT is a strong advantage.
- Fluent Dutch, French and English, with the confidence to use all three languages professionally.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Comfortable working with invoices, suppliers, reporting, logistics and operational documentation.
- Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented.
- Flexible and willing to support different areas of the business when required.
- Able to commute to and work in Anderlecht.
