Lyreco Switzerland AG is seeking a Replenisher to manage supplier relationships, orders, and stock levels. You will optimize MRP parameters, monitor performance, and coordinate with Marketing, Goods In and Finance to maintain inventory quality and service levels.

The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP experience, and fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus). A Bachelor degree or higher is required, and the position is based in Belgium with on-site work.

Description du poste

Reporting directly to the Demand & Supply Planning manager, the Replenisher is managing a group of suppliers, from supply chain conditions in contracts, through order management and implement action plan to reach the best supplier contributions. The Replenisher is also accountable for the stock level, quality for products within his/her scope and responsible for the operational execution of inventory replenishment from suppliers.

What does your day look like?

1. Main areas of responsibility:

• Placing orders (review purchase requisitions/DA) and operational follow up of supply (order acknowledgment, direct shipments , ...), ensuring goods are delivered on time, expediting supplier deliveries by all means to avoid backorder and eventually manage delays in collaboration with goods-in department
• Operational stock management of assigned categories
• Administration of supply for assigned categories/suppliers
• Operational maintenance of supply parameters
• Ensuring stock level is fully optimized by setting accurate MRP parameters, considering new products/no movers/slow movers/overstock/delisted products/temporary promotions
• Inventory review and management of overstocks
• Operational follow up of suppliers
• Operational follow up of inventory
• Operational alignment with MKT
• Establishing specific processes and owner for a number of suppliers and/or product sections (e.g. managing slow moving & dead stock, managing the supplier performance metrics and animation,…)
• Managing suppliers, evaluating their service level (SSL), setting up action plan accordingly and following up action plan (claim compensation)
• Sharing forecasts with suppliers to reduce supplier lead time and facilitate SSL target achievement
• Analysing the root causes (RCA) of backorder and turn results into a continuous improvement action plan in order to minimize the impact on customer experience and cost
• Collaborating with marketing at operational & tactical level to optimize inventory quality and organising Review meetings with marketing to identify / address supply issues.
• Optimisation of supply chain conditions in contracts (lead time, lot size, identification, ASN, ..)
• Might be involved in the control supplier invoices
• Dealing with supplier litigation and planning supplier returns when necessary

Who are we looking for?

Professional qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher
• Initial experience/knowledge of supply chain (retail sector preferred)
• Superior proficiency in Excel (pivot table, matrix, etc.)
• PC literate Word / PowerPoint / Outlook SAP
• Language knowledge : French and English are a must. Dutch is a plus.
