Cohabs Group in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager to lead renovation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they meet Cohabs’ standards for quality, design and sustainability while staying on schedule and within budget. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers to translate renovation plans into high‑quality living spaces.

Fluency in French and English, plus 3–4 years of PM experience and a degree in architecture or civil engineering, are required.

Formación

• 3–4 years of project management experience, preferably in renovation or architecture.
• Degree in architecture or civil engineering with understanding of renovation techniques and construction principles.
• Team player who enjoys collaboration and contributes ideas.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Innovative and pragmatic mindset with ability to find solutions and improve project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead renovation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with quality expectations.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost control without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure renovation works meet Cohabs’ standards for quality, design and sustainability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiation & Problem Solving: Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, resolve on-site challenges and find practical solutions that balance budget constraints with design objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve renovation processes and project outcomes.
