Goodman Group is seeking an Energy Property Manager to oversee the performance, maintenance and operations of renewable energy assets across Continental Europe, with initial focus on solar PV and growing involvement in BESS and EV charging infrastructure. You will collaborate with internal teams, O&M providers and insurers to optimise energy production and asset value.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing renewable energy assets.
• Interest in or knowledge of BESS and/or EVCI is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid technical knowledge of renewable energy systems and their operation.
• Understand the financial and performance drivers of energy assets.
• Clear communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Asset performance monitoring and optimisation across solar PV, BESS, and EVCI assets.
• Coordinate and oversee operations, maintenance and incident management.
• Provide operational input to budgeting and financial forecasting; monitor asset performance.
• Monitor contractual obligations (PPAs, leases, service agreements) and regulatory follow-up.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
