We are seeking a seasoned Senior Policy Analyst to shape Brussels-based energy policy efforts at Sungrow Europe. You will monitor EU developments, develop advocacy strategies, and build a robust network with EU institutions and industry associations to influence regulatory outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in European Affairs, Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in policy analysis, public affairs, or government relations, preferably within the energy, climate, or tech sectors.
• Direct experience working within or closely with EU institutions is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of EU policymaking processes and the current European energy & climate policy landscape.
• An established and relevant network in Brussels is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
