eCarsTrade is seeking a Team Lead – Customer Compliance to lead and perform KYC checks, document verification, and screening while coaching a growing team. You will drive quality, speed, and scalability of compliance across multiple European markets.

You will stay current with evolving KYC regulations and automate where possible, balancing rigorous standards with a smooth customer experience. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling and significant ownership of the compliance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, KYC, AML, Back Office, Operations, or Admin.
• Prior team lead or coaching experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of KYC principles and customer verification processes.
• Interest in automation and scalable workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and influences cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Perform KYC, document verification, and screening checks yourself.
• Lead and coach the Customer Compliance team and monitor performance.
• Own the compliance process across lifecycle stages and drive improvements.
• Stay up to date with KYC regulations across Europe and evolving requirements.
• Communicate compliance requirements clearly to customers and other teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Finance and Back Office to ensure compliant onboarding.
