Expleo Group is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in KYC/AML to support client onboarding and regulatory compliance in Belgium. The role emphasizes analysis of KYC/CDD requirements, documentation, and collaboration with Compliance, Operations, and Relationship Managers to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment.

The candidate should bring 3+ years in KYC/AML, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch or French, with good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Good knowledge of KYC / AML / CDD and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with risk assessment, data validation and process analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and requirement‑gathering skills.
• Fluency in Dutch or French is mandatory.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze KYC, AML and CDD requirements.
• Review client ownership structures and UBOs.
• Perform KYC documentation and gap analysis.
• Support client onboarding and recertification processes.
• Gather and document business and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers and other stakeholders.
• Validate the quality, completeness and consistency of KYC information.
• Support sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
• Contribute to risk assessments and KYC decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and regulatory changes.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows and user stories.
