Job summary

Philips Belgium is seeking a Remote Support Engineer MA/TC to service and install patient monitoring equipment and maximize customer satisfaction. You will join the Remote Support Desk and install equipment in line with Philips standards, linking devices to hospital networks and third party systems where needed.

Fluency in Dutch, French and English, plus ICT/Windows experience, are required. You may travel to client sites for installations and participate in 24x7 support shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in ICT engineering and practical IT experience in healthcare IT.
• Experience with Windows 11/Server 2022/2025, SQL, AV, OS patching.
• Knowledge of local networks (WiFi) and HL7 is desirable.
• Experience with patient monitoring equipment and healthcare IT is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Remote Support Desk team.
• Install Philips Patient Monitoring equipment according to PH standards.
• Integrate patient monitoring equipment into hospital networks and third-party systems.
• Setup connections to hospital information systems and alarming systems.
• Perform corrective maintenance and troubleshoot hardware, software and IT infrastructure.
• Submit service data and reports on time.
• Travel to client sites during installation phases.
• Support 24x7 shift requirements.
