Philips is seeking a Remote Support Engineer MA&T&C to service and install professional Patient Monitoring equipment in healthcare settings. The role involves remote desk work, on-site installations, and coordination with network and information system interfaces.

You will troubleshoot complex hardware/software, ensure real-time data integrity, and contribute to customer satisfaction while maintaining PH quality standards. Expect 24x7 shift involvement and occasional travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor in ICT engineering.
• ICT experience with Windows 11/Server 2022/2025, SQL, AV, OS patching, security certificates.
• Knowledge of local networks (WIFI).
• HL7 knowledge desirable.
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems.
• Healthcare IT experience desirable.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of technical complex systems.
• Experience with patient monitoring equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 shift.

Mansioni

• Participate in the Remote Support Desk team.
• Install Philips Healthcare Patient Monitoring equipment according to PH standards.
• Integrate monitoring equipment in Philips or customer networks.
• Setup connections to Hospital Information Systems (HL7 broker) and alarming systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Provide feedback to commercial teams and management.
• Report customer feedback and complete service documentation.
