Predikt is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join the Customer circle, collaborating with product and engineering teams. You will engage in discovery calls, demos, pilots, and scope pilots to demonstrate value and guide buyers through the path to value.

You will lead onboarding projects, map customer cost structures into Predikt, configure cost cards and models, connect data sources, and train users for day-to-day use, while maintaining ongoing customer success after go-live.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in implementation, functional consulting, or customer-facing delivery (enterprise B2B SaaS/analytics).
• Background in procurement, supply chain, finance, or FMCG.

About the role

As Solutions Consultant, you sit within our Customer circle working closely together with product and engineering teams. You are involved in three connected motions:

Pre-sales: You join discovery calls, you give demos and pilots for shortlisted prospects, showing what a real implementation looks like and giving buyers confidence in the path to value. You help scope pilots, design the solution, and make the commercial process more concrete.

Implementation of new projects: Once a deal is signed, you take the lead. You run the onboarding project — mapping the customer's cost structure into Predikt, configuring cost cards and models, connecting data sources, and training the procurement and finance users who will rely on the platform day to day.

Customer Success: You stay closely involved with the account after go-live — following up with the customer, keeping an eye on satisfaction, and flagging opportunities to grow the relationship, working closely with the Client Partner and Sales.

Across all three motions, you work in a consultative way: you dig into the customer's requirements, challenge and refine them where needed, and think along functionally to shape the best solution — rather than simply executing what's asked.”

Responsibilities

In short, your responsibilities include:

• Support pre-sales: pilots scoping, configuring, proposals, demo’s,…

• Own the end-to-end implementation for new Predikt customers — from kickoff to go-live.

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional solutions — you don't just take requests at face value, you think along and advise on the best approach.

• Solve our customers hardest problems, and see edge cases where the platform is getting to it's limits. Feed structured implementation learnings back into the product roadmap

• Train procurement, finance, and category management users on the platform

• Own Customer Success and support after go-live — follow up with clients, monitor satisfaction and flag upsell opportunities to Sales

• Build reusable implementation playbooks, templates, and onboarding materials as we scale

What we're looking for

• 3–6 years in implementation, functional consulting, or customer-facing delivery (enterprise B2B SaaS/analytics), with a background in procurement, supply chain, finance, or FMCG and hands-on experience with tools like Anaplan, Pigment, or Sievo

• A consultative, structured project runner: you manage milestones and stakeholders, ask the right questions, and co-design solutions rather than just executing requirements

• A true can-do mentality — you're energized by getting things done, work autonomously, and take ownership of problems rather than waiting to be told what to do; comfortable configuring tools, data, and formulas (no coding needed)

• A strong communicator who can hold the room with CPO/CFO-level stakeholders and push back when needed; fluent English, Dutch not required

Nice to have

• Exposure to commodity cost management, hedging, or supplier contract structures

• Experience running pilots or proof-of-value engagements in a pre-sales context

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and comfortable using them in daily work
