Job summary

ATMOCE is expanding in Belgium and seeks a technical expert to be the go-to reference for installers across our solar inverters, energy storage and EV charging solutions.

You will train installers (Flemish or French) and act as the technical point of contact for field issues, contributing to manuals, data sheets and training materials while feeding field feedback to product teams. This is a full-time remote role with travel and direct impact on the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or related field.
• Knowledge of PV systems, inverters or batteries is a strong advantage; solar, storage or EV experience is a plus.
• Fluent Flemish or French, and English.
• Customer-oriented, proactive mindset with ability to explain technical topics simply.

Responsibilities

• Train installers on solar inverters, energy storage and EV charging solutions (Flemish or French).
• Act as the technical point of contact for installers and follow up on technical cases.
• Contribute to manuals, data sheets, training materials and presentations.
• Bring field feedback back to our product teams.
• Support sales in customer meetings, at trade shows and in competitive positioning.
