CoinPoker is seeking a Short-Form Content Strategist to drive the structure, optimization and performance of our bite‑sized content, with a fully remote arrangement. You will shape hooks, pacing, and payoff placement to expand reach, sustain engagement, and build reusable formats based on data-driven creative direction.

The role requires strong poker knowledge and audience psychology to understand what keeps viewers scrolling, watching, sharing and following.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing short‑form audiences with measurable results.
• Strong poker knowledge to interpret hands and drama for viewers.
• Deep knowledge of short‑form metrics: hook retention, watch‑through, shares per reach.
• Ability to brief editors on content structure with actionable feedback.
• Solid audience psychology and platform mechanics judgment.
• Experience as a senior individual contributor, not necessarily managing others.

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day structural direction of short‑form content, briefing editors on hooks and pacing.
• Apply poker understanding to identify moments with tension, drama, or humor.
• Develop repeatable formats and justify investments with performance data.
• Run weekly performance reviews of content, publishing iteration summaries.
• Raise editing team standards through feedback and best practices.
• Identify top organic content and assist campaigns with other teams.
• Monitor platform changes and competitor activity to share learnings.
