Job summary

Sogeti Belgium, part of Capgemini Group, is seeking a Delivery Scrum Master to guide Agile teams toward high-value outcomes. You will remove impediments, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery transparency across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates have proven Scrum Master or PM experience, strong Agile knowledge, and proficiency in Dutch or French and English. The role features a hybrid working model with emphasis on delivering value through Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, facilitation techniques, and team-delivery practices.
• General knowledge of project management and SDLC.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.

Responsibilities

• Remove impediments to help teams focus on goals.
• Support teams by encouraging problem-solving and transparency.
• Cascade high goals to the team and coordinate delivery activities.
• Steer teams in applying Agile/Scrum principles and ensure delivery focus.
• Keep stakeholders engaged and communicate progress, risks and issues.
