Sogeti Belgium is seeking an SAP Test Manager to lead end-to-end SAP testing and drive excellence across large-scale transformations. You will own strategy, approach, and execution while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery.

The role emphasizes people leadership, pre-sales influence, and growth of SAP testing capabilities, with a hybrid working model in Diegem and Belgium-wide collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Test Manager on SAP projects.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French and Belgian residence.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy: design and deliver end-to-end SAP test strategies, scope, objectives, test levels, automation approach, and the full defect management lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects, report progress, risks, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Own test execution: drive planning, preparation, and defect resolution across every phase of transformation.
• Shape the future: tailor approaches for upcoming SAP testing opportunities and champion SAP Business Assurance.
• Grow talent: develop learning plans to boost SAP testing skills and inspire excellence across the team.
• Be the voice of innovation: act as the ambassador for SAP Business Assurance, driving thought leadership and client confidence.
