HumanInTech is seeking a senior test lead for a six-month + SAP S/4HANA migration project in Belgium. The role focuses on defining and implementing the testing strategy across regions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality in testing practices.

The candidate will manage testing activities for SAP Finance during data migration, with preference for strong experience in non-automated test approaches, ISTQB knowledge, and French/English language skills.

Qualifications

• Defined and implemented test strategies on medium to large projects (6+ years).
• Experience coordinating testing in Agile/Scrum, V-model, and hybrid approaches.
• Led test sessions with business teams (planning, supervision, training).
• Experience using HP Quality Center.
• Strong ISTQB Foundation level knowledge or equivalent.
• Fluent French (C2) and English (B1) proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the test strategy aligned with project criteria across functional and non-functional aspects.
• Coordinate activities across test phases and lead teams of business stakeholders.
• Set up test organization in testing tools (HP QC / Azure Test Plans) following best practices.
• Track test environments and schedule, monitor defects and prioritise with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency of information in testing tools and test status with scripts.
• Implement monitoring indicators to support project decisions.
