Edenred is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage a prospect portfolio and proactively contact potential clients. You will promote Edenred solutions (meal vouchers, sport and culture vouchers, gift vouchers) tailored to customer needs, while supporting internal teams with data and testimonials.

The role aims to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets, with CRM-based activity management and a two-day-per-week telework arrangement in Brussels.

Qualifications

• First experience in B2B sales remotely and able to work with prospect leads.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of prospects and contact potential clients to promote Edenred solutions.
• Gather information, process and analyze customer data and feedback; identify sector trends.
• Maintain timely communication between customers and internal departments; report to team lead.
