Job summary

Edenred in Brussels (Oudergem) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage a prospect portfolio and drive sales for our meal, sport, and culture voucher solutions. You will work remotely with inbound leads, analyze opportunities, and use CRM to track progress.

You will report to the team lead, strive to hit targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions. This is a full-time 38-hour position with 2 days of telework per week and a 6-month interim contract

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B remote sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Proven ability to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospect portfolio and contact prospects to showcase Edenred solutions.
• Analyze prospect portfolio and identify opportunities and arguments to sell.
• Advise customers based on needs and expectations to improve satisfaction.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets and manage CRM activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments and report to team lead.

Beheer je een portefeuille van prospecten. Je slaagt erin om proactief potentiële toekomstige klanten te contacteren en te overtuigen om gebruik te maken van de oplossingen van Edenred door de producten (maaltijdcheques, sport- en cultuurcheques, cadeaucheques) te vinden die het best aansluiten bij hun individuele behoeften. Je helpt ook de interne diensten door informatie te verzamelen, zoals verkoopleads of getuigenissen, door te helpen bij de verwerking en analyse van klantgegevens en klachten, en door sectoriële trends te identificeren.

• Je beheert telefonisch inkomende prospectleads.
• Je analyseert je eigen prospectportefeuille en identificeert kansen en argumenten om de oplossingen van Edenred te verkopen.
• Je adviseert uw klanten optimaal op basis van begrip van hun behoeften en verwachtingen, ook met het oog op klantentevredenheid.
• Je behaalt kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen (minstens 50% conversiepercentage).
• Je beheert je activiteiten en kansen via ons CRM.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte en vlotte communicatie tussen de klant en de verschillende interne afdelingen.
• Je rapporteert aan je teamleider.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

• Het liefst heb je al een eerste ervaring in B2B-verkoop op afstand.
• Je beheerst de Microsoft Office-tools en hebt een goede kennis van software (CRM).
• Je beheerst zowel Frans als Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Je bent dynamisch, enthousiast, communicatief en empathisch.
• Je houdt ervan om advies te geven en te overtuigen.
• Je bent resultaatgericht en in staat om kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen te behalen.
• Je kunt je tijd beheren en prioriteiten stellen.
• Je houdt van nieuwe technologieën en uitdagingen.

• Voltijds contract (38 uur/week)
• Type contract: interimperiode van 6 maanden met uitzicht op vast contract.
• Locatie: Brussel (Oudergem)
• Telewerk: 2 dagen/week in overleg met je manager.
