CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead the team supporting a global biopharmaceutical client in Antwerp. The role balances quality leadership with client partnership, ensuring services meet contractual and regulatory expectations.

You will drive day-to-day quality activities, coach the team, and maintain audit readiness across CBRE and the client. Fluent English and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Quality Assurance or related environment.
• Experience leading, coaching or developing employees.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to communicate complex or sensitive quality matters.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes or inspection-readiness activities.
• Ability to turn quality requirements into practical actions and improvements.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Quality & Compliance team, including training and performance management.
• Coordinate daily activities, priorities and deadlines across the team.
• Implement and maintain CBRE and client compliance programmes.
• Monitor service quality and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide reporting on quality, compliance and performance metrics during client reviews.
• Build relationships with client and internal stakeholders and communicate risks and improvements.
• Lead inspection-readiness activities and support audits.
• Identify and resolve quality and compliance issues and escalate risks as needed.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure contractual and quality requirements are met.
