Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for a partner company based in Belgium. You will own the post-purchase customer experience with a focus on activation, matching, relevance, and personalized recommendations, guiding discovery, segmentation, and experimentation.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data/ML teams to turn hypotheses into measurable improvements, run experiments, and deliver end-to-end product impact in a remote, international, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2C product experience in customer journey design and activation.
• Experience with discovery-driven products with large volumes of offers or matches.
• Understanding of search, feeds, relevance, and personalization.
• Experience with segmentation and enriching listings with data.
• Background in marketplaces or discovery-driven products.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
• Proven track record delivering product iterations from idea to launch.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
• Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions.
• Strong, autonomous cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Own the post-purchase journey focusing on activation, matching, and relevance.
• Optimize offer volume and recommendation quality for a relevant, not overwhelming selection.
• Improve relevance and trustworthiness of recommendations and invitations.
• Increase the likelihood of a quality match in the first week.
• Design engagement mechanics such as gamification, nudges, reminders, and reactivation features.
• Analyze matching parameters across segments and apply personalization and data enrichment.
• Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities using data, research, and insight.
• Translate opportunities into testable hypotheses with clear success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML to launch improvements.
• Manage requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines for predictable execution.
• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate or scale solutions.
• Own product outcomes end-to-end with measurable impact.
