ITproposal is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Employee Benefits in Brussels. You will shape the product vision, manage the backlog, and drive journeys for employees, employers, brokers and partners. The role requires cross-functional collaboration and a strong focus on customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product ownership, expertise in employee benefits, and fluency in Dutch or French with professional English. A hybrid work model in Brussels is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, digital transformation, business transformation or project management.
• Strong experience in Employee Benefits / 2nd pillar / group insurance.
• Experience with customer journey redesign and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Translate business, customer and regulatory needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
• Identify opportunities to digitalize and improve customer, employer, broker and employee journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, agile teams, architects and other Product Owners.
• Coordinate dependencies and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Participate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and customer outcomes.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market and technology trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure strong business alignment.
