Wlgroup in Brussels is seeking a Portfolio Governance Coordinator to manage governance cycles, intake, prioritisation and roadmaps. You will maintain the portfolio’s single source of truth and produce decision-oriented reporting for leadership.

The role requires 2–5 years in PMO or governance, strong data skills and experience with MS Project/Planview/Jira. On-site work in Brussels with a focus on governance excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyse portfolio data and produce clear reports.
• Experience with governance, intake, prioritisation and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery.
• Proven track record in coordinating across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Run the portfolio governance cycle: prepare, coordinate and follow up governance meetings.
• Support project intake, evaluation and prioritisation, and maintain pipeline and roadmaps.
• Keep portfolio data complete, accurate and current - the single source of truth for reporting.
