Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a US plaintiff-side law firm in a fully remote role. You will manage client intake, collect records, draft pleadings, and coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and attorneys.

The role requires attention to deadlines and strong English communication. You will work across the case lifecycle, from intake to settlement or litigation, with flexible full-time or part-time options and availability during US business hours.

Qualifications

5+ years as paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
2+ years as personal injury paralegal for a US firm.
Experience with US plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
Experience organizing medical/insurance records and evidence.
Experience drafting settlement and discovery materials.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with statutes of limitation and court deadlines.
Proficient with AI tools to support workflows.
Reliable internet and a quiet home office.
Willingness to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys in plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
Conduct client intake and collect accident, injury, insurance, and medical history data.
Obtain and organize medical records, bills, police and insurance docs.
Maintain client communications on treatment, progress, and milestones.
Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and opposing counsel.
Prepare settlement packages, documentation, and case summaries.
Track treatment, liens, damages, and settlement activity.
Assist with lien resolution and payoff documentation.
Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, notices, subpoenas.
Support deposition, mediation, hearings, and trial prep with exhibits.
Monitor deadlines, statutes, discovery schedules, and milestones.
Prepare court filings using electronic filing systems.
Maintain digital case files in case management systems.
Adhere to procedures and quality standards across multiple cases.
