Amaris Consulting is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to develop LC methods and apply advanced characterization techniques for peptide, oligonucleotide, and ADC-related therapeutics. You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to advance pharmaceutical development and ensure regulatory-compliant, high-quality data.

The role requires hands-on LC method development experience, knowledge of higher-order structure characterization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with liquid chromatography method development.
• Knowledge of techniques for higher-order structure and aggregation propensity characterization.
• Experience in analytical chemistry or related field; PhD or Master’s with 2–3 years, or Bachelor’s with 4–8 years in industry.

Responsabilités

• Design and apply chromatographic and spectroscopic methods to characterize higher-order structure and aggregation behavior of peptide, oligonucleotide, and ADC-related therapeutics.
• Develop analytical test methods for interactions between excipients and new modalities.
• Apply scientific and data science knowledge to ensure high-quality results efficiently.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to explore new analytical techniques.
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with environmental, health, regulatory, GMP, and safety regulations.
