MANTU GROUP SA is seeking a skilled analytical chemist to contribute to the characterization of peptide, oligonucleotide, and ADC-related therapeutics. The role focuses on designing chromatographic and spectroscopic methods, advancing higher-order structure analyses, and ensuring robust results across complex drug product matrices.

The ideal candidate has strong LC method development experience, a PhD or Master’s with industry exposure, and fluency in English.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–8 years in industry.
• Experience with higher-order structure and aggregation characterization.
• Hands-on LC method development expertise.

• Design and apply chromatographic and spectroscopic methods to characterize higher-order structure and aggregation behavior.
