Job summary

Qover, a leading insurtech scale-up based in Brussels, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide complex partner integrations from contract to go-live. You will work hands-on with partners' technical teams, map data, configure the platform, and ensure a smooth, high-quality delivery.

You bring 3+ years in similar roles, deep API know-how, and strong communication skills to a fast-paced, international team. Hybrid work, Brussels office access, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation Consultant/Technical Consultant/Integration Engineer roles in B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, Webhooks and data integration.
• Proven project management skills and ability to lead multiple complex implementations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in FinTech or InsurTech is advantageous.
• English proficiency; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle for complex partners from post-sales to go-live.
• Collaborate with partners' technical teams on API usage, data mapping, and webhook setup.
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Configure and test partner-specific setups ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Oversee QA/testing to ensure data accuracy and smooth post-launch experience.
• Manage partner relationships and set expectations throughout the project.
• Create and share implementation best practices and internal docs.
